This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking appointments through Mirabook. Mirabook is a booking platform that facilitates appointment scheduling between customers and salons. We do not provide salon services directly, collect payments, or set individual salon policies. By making a booking, you agree to comply with both this policy and the specific policies of the salon you are booking with. Please read them carefully before booking your appointment.

1. Making a Booking

  • Bookings can be made online through the Mirabook platform 24/7.
  • You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address or phone number.
  • You must verify your email address / phone number before your booking is confirmed.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and the individual salon's booking requirements.
  • Booking availability and advance booking limits are determined by each salon.
  • Each salon sets their own booking requirements, restrictions, and policies.
  • Mirabook facilitates the booking process but does not guarantee service availability or quality.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • You will receive a booking confirmation via email or phone once your appointment is confirmed by the salon.
  • The confirmation will include your booking ID, appointment details, salon information, and any pricing details set by the salon.
  • Please keep your booking confirmation for your records.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email or text / WhatsApp message, please contact the salon directly.
  • Mirabook facilitates the initial booking request, but final confirmation depends on the salon's acceptance and availability.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Mirabook does not collect payments from customers for salon services.
  • All payment transactions are handled directly between the customer and the salon.
  • Each salon sets their own pricing, payment methods, and payment timing (advance payment vs. payment at appointment).
  • Service prices displayed during booking are set by the individual salon and are subject to their terms.
  • For payment-related questions or issues, please contact the salon directly.
  • Additional services or products may be available at the salon for an extra charge as determined by the salon.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are set by individual salons. Mirabook does not set or enforce cancellation policies, as we do not handle payments or service delivery.

  • Each salon determines their own cancellation policy, including notice requirements and any associated fees.
  • Cancellation policies vary by salon and may include requirements for advance notice (e.g., 24 hours).
  • Any cancellation fees or charges are determined and collected by the salon directly.
  • To cancel your appointment, contact the salon directly using the information provided in your confirmation email.
  • Please review the specific cancellation policy of the salon you are booking with, as these will be communicated during the booking process or in your confirmation.
  • Mirabook facilitates the cancellation request but cannot process refunds or waive fees set by salons.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling policies are set by individual salons. Contact the salon directly to reschedule your appointment.
  • Each salon determines their own rescheduling requirements, including advance notice periods and any associated fees.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability at your preferred new date and time as determined by the salon.
  • Some salons may charge rescheduling fees for changes made with insufficient notice.
  • Advance booking limits for rescheduled appointments are determined by each salon's policy.
  • Mirabook facilitates rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability or waive salon-imposed fees.

6. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrival policies are set by individual salons. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Each salon determines how they handle late arrivals, including grace periods and potential rescheduling requirements.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on the salon's policy.
  • If you know you will be late, please contact the salon directly as soon as possible.
  • Salons may treat excessive lateness as a no-show according to their individual policies.
  • Any fees or consequences for late arrivals are determined and enforced by the salon directly.

7. No-Show Policy

  • No-show policies are set by individual salons. Each salon defines what constitutes a “no-show.”
  • No-show fees and consequences vary by salon and may include charges up to the full service cost.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings, as determined by individual salons.
  • If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible by contacting the salon directly.
  • Any no-show fees are determined and collected by the salon directly, not by Mirabook.

8. Refunds

  • Mirabook does not collect payments and therefore cannot process refunds.
  • All refund policies are set by individual salons and processed directly between the customer and salon.
  • Refund eligibility and processing times vary by salon according to their specific policies.
  • For refund requests, cancellations, or payment disputes, please contact the salon directly.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please discuss this directly with the salon - refunds for completed services are at the salon's discretion.
  • Mirabook cannot mediate payment disputes or guarantee refunds as we do not handle financial transactions.

9. Service Modifications

  • You can request to add or remove services from your booking by contacting the salon directly.
  • Service modifications are subject to availability and may require rescheduling, as determined by the salon.
  • Additional services may result in additional charges set by the salon.
  • Removing services may be subject to the salon's cancellation policy if done within their notice requirements.
  • Each salon determines their own policy for service modifications and any associated fees.

10. Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment through Mirabook.
  • Individual salons may have their own age requirements for services and may require parental consent for minors.
  • Please check with the salon directly regarding their specific age policies and requirements for minors.

11. Special Requests & Accommodations

  • Special requests (e.g., specific stylist, accessibility needs) should be communicated when booking or by contacting the salon directly.
  • Each salon determines their ability to accommodate special requests based on their facilities and policies.
  • Please inform the salon of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements before your appointment.
  • Mirabook facilitates the communication of special requests but cannot guarantee accommodation.
