This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking appointments through mirabook. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these policies. Please read them carefully before booking your appointment.
1. Making a Booking
- Bookings can be made online through the mirabook platform 24/7.
- You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address.
- You must verify your email address before your booking is confirmed.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- You can book appointments up to 3 months in advance.
- Each salon may have specific booking requirements or restrictions.
2. Booking Confirmation
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email once your appointment is confirmed.
- The confirmation will include your booking ID, appointment details, salon information, and total amount.
- Please keep your booking confirmation for your records.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the salon directly.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Pricing for services is displayed at the time of booking and may vary by salon.
- Some salons may require payment at the time of booking, while others may accept payment at the salon.
- All prices are in the currency specified by the salon.
- Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the price shown at the time of booking.
- Additional services or products may be available at the salon for an extra charge.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and the salon.
- 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation with full refund (if payment was made in advance).
- Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellation fees may apply as determined by the individual salon.
- Same-day cancellation: May result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-show: May result in a charge up to 100% of the service cost.
- To cancel, contact the salon directly using the information provided in your confirmation email.
- Some salons may have specific cancellation policies that differ from the above - these will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Rescheduling Policy
- You can reschedule your appointment by contacting the salon directly.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability at your preferred new date and time.
- If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the salon may apply a rescheduling fee.
- You can reschedule your appointment up to 3 months in advance.
6. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the salon may need to reschedule your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to avoid impacting other appointments.
- If you know you will be late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
- The salon reserves the right to treat a late arrival as a no-show if you do not arrive within a reasonable time.
7. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, this is considered a "no-show."
- No-shows may result in a charge up to 100% of the service cost.
- Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
- If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
8. Refunds
- Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy outlined above.
- Refunds for cancellations made with 24+ hours notice will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, please discuss this directly with the salon - refunds for completed services are at the salon's discretion.
- Some salons may have specific refund policies - please check with the salon directly.
9. Service Modifications
- You can add or remove services from your booking by contacting the salon directly.
- Service modifications are subject to availability and may require rescheduling.
- Additional services may result in additional charges.
- Removing services may be subject to the cancellation policy if done less than 24 hours before the appointment.
10. Age Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment through mirabook.
- Minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian present during the appointment.
- Some services may have additional age restrictions - please check with the salon directly.
11. Special Requests & Accommodations
- Special requests (e.g., specific stylist, accessibility needs) should be communicated when booking or by contacting the salon directly.
- While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
- Please inform the salon of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements before your appointment.
12. Salon-Specific Policies
Each salon using mirabook may have additional policies specific to their business. These may include:
- Specific cancellation or rescheduling requirements
- Payment methods accepted
